who. Lonely. Time.
I have been using a certain beauty product for many years now, and I guarantee that I will always receive compliments. Is this beauty product the best mascara? No, it is not. Is it the foundation that works wonders for dry skin? No, I’m not wearing a base. Could it be red lipstick that makes my lips look whiter? No. What is this magical product? These are the self-tanning drops of Paradise Island. For me, this is the best fake tan on the market.
Paradise Island self-tanning drops, £ 19.95 | Looks fantastic
The USP of the Isle of Paradise is a pretty clever color-correcting formula. Peach is the lightest of their assortment, which brightens the gray skin. The green collection – my favorite – gives a medium tan and tones redness and evens out the skin tone. The purple range neutralizes orange, yellow and ash skin tones and gives a deeper color.
These tear drops changed my life. I’m not one of those who tan regularly – sometimes before the wedding I tan the best spray tan in London and I use the best instant tan on my feet when my bottom reveals more than I’m ready for – but I like a face wash with color wash. It only takes four drops to my morning moisturizer and I can go. I apply on face, neck and décolleté. With a fluffy bronze brush I will definitely polish it to my hairline. This is very important, nothing is a greater gift than an obvious hairline.
All day long I shine more and more. Then the compliments just pour in. It’s about how healthy I look, and how a naturally pale person – an English rose if you want – I usually don’t get very often. It leaves no streaks, never looks orange and costs less than £ 20. It is literally a win-win situation.
Somehow I don’t want to share that with you because it was my little secret for a while (“oh yeah, I was gone, thank you, I went to the South of France for two nights. It was amazing.”) But here we go. Go and try it, sit back and enjoy the compliments as they fly.
